About the Company

We are a leading Egyptian industrial manufacturer with over 30 years of heritage in the production of electrical wiring harnesses, wires, and cables. Founded in 1994 in Belbeis Industrial City, we have grown to become a trusted supplier to some of Egypt's largest home appliance manufacturers and industrial companies.

Our products meet international standards, and we are recognized for our commitment to quality, innovation, and the application of the latest scientific and international inspection systems. Our clients include major Egyptian companies, and we have built a reputation for excellence in the Egyptian market and beyond.

As we continue to grow and strengthen our operations, we are seeking a hands-on Technical Quality Manager to build, lead, and continuously improve our quality management system.

During the current organization-building stage, the role also oversees or coordinates applicable environmental, occupational health & safety, and related compliance requirements, with clear interfaces and escalation to management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate with senior management in setting quality objectives, policies, priorities, and improvement plans, and provide clear reporting on quality performance.
  • Lead product and process quality from incoming material inspection through in-process inspection to final inspection, testing, and release.
  • Establish and monitor appropriate quality controls for electrical wire-harness manufacturing processes, including cutting, stripping, crimping, assembly, soldering where applicable, connector installation, continuity testing, electrical testing, numbering, and final workmanship inspection.
  • Define inspection and acceptance criteria, control points, and inspection or sampling rates according to customer, product, process, and applicable standard requirements.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities, internal defects, customer complaints, recurring failures, and significant deviations, and verify the effectiveness of actions taken.
  • Develop and control process FMEA, control plans, and process-quality documentation, and apply statistical process control, measurement systems analysis, and process capability where needed.
  • Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) requirements and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) or equivalent customer requirements where applicable, and ensure quality readiness for new products, changes, and production start-up.
  • Lead internal and process audits, develop audit plans, follow up on closure of findings, and escalate significant risks and recurring issues to management.
  • Coordinate certification-body and customer audits and follow-up reviews, address findings, and maintain the continuity of required certifications.
  • Manage customer quality requirements, complaints, and technical quality communication and agreed urgent actions, while maintaining confidentiality of customer and company information.
  • Oversee supplier-quality performance and incoming material quality; participate in supplier evaluation, escalation, and corrective-action follow-up when quality issues arise.
  • Ensure calibration and verification systems for measuring and testing equipment are established, maintained, and traceable.
  • Ensure identification, traceability, segregation, and control of nonconforming product and appropriate storage/handling quality requirements.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and trends, analyze performance data, identify systemic risks, and lead continuous-improvement initiatives based on evidence.
  • Prepare and support Management Review meetings and follow up resulting decisions, actions, and improvement commitments.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team; define responsibilities, competency requirements, training needs, and performance expectations.
  • Provide technical quality guidance to Production and other departments while maintaining independent quality judgment and evidence-based decision making.
  • During the current organization-building stage, oversee or coordinate applicable environmental, occupational health & safety, and related compliance requirements, with clear interfaces and escalation to management.
